UMN St. Paul Heating Plant – Control Upgrades

Phase A of this project included a comprehensive office remodel and expansion, relocating the control room to accommodate the new and updated control system. Phase B upgraded the Combustion Control Systems (CCS) and Burner Management Systems (BMS) for two individual Boilers with four new control panels and instrumentation. The Balance of Plant Controls (BOP) were enhanced to integrate all six boilers in the plant into a single panel.
