Long-time partner for Sanford Health, we’ve delivered several high-end healthcare facilities to their doctors and patients in and around the Fargo/Moorhead area. This project is a 26,000 SF replacement facility of the existing Sanford West Fargo Clinic. It is home to 18 doctors and about 40 staff.
The project was delivered collaboratively with Sanford Health and JLG Architects. The team worked through multiple designs and budgets to get to meet Sanford’s project and budget requirements. Throughout the construction process, the clinic remained open offering family medicine and women’s services.
Our team also maintained traffic flow and parking on the small site during the entire duration, turned over additional parking prior to completion of the building and coordinated utility shutdowns to not impact the existing clinic operations.
