This project is a new elementary school addition onto the existing high school. Currently in progress, the two-story addition will include pre-K through 6th grade classrooms, special education and offices for support staff. The project broke ground in the summer of 2022. McGough provided extensive input during conceptual design to assist the Parshall School District with setting the project budget and bid packaging to procure long lead materials. The initial budget set by owner was more than a year old and did not account for the unprecedented market conditions that we are currently experiencing. Once McGough became a project partner, we were able to assist the District in preparing an overall project budget based on real time market conditions. This budget was presented to MHA Nation and allowed more funding to be secured, ensuring the District’s scope and budget were aligned.
