The GRACO French Lake Building 2 is a new 530,000 SF facility on a 36-acre greenfield site in Dayton, MN. The building consists of a steel structure of 40×40 bays, structural precast, curtainwall, storefront, and metal panel exterior. The facility includes 30,000 SF of office space, with the remaining area utilized for their distribution and warehousing operations. Approx. 1/3 of the facility is constructed at 40 ft clear to support their Automated Storage and Retrieval System. 100% of the products manufactured by GRACO will be distributed from this facility.
