Fred Law is an office located in the 60 South Sixth Street building, on floors 14 to 21. This project included 146,080 SF of tenant improvements over the eight floors, including a demo of finishes on all floors and starting new. Scope included VAV replacement, new duct work, raised flooring, and high-end finishes added throughout. All bathrooms, private office space, conference rooms, and trading floor were remodeled. The building remained occupied throughout construction, with only 1 freight elevator servicing all 40 floors. Located in the heart of downtown, the team had to navigate access and deliveries and conduct disruptive work outside of business hours. The project was completed without any impacts to schedule or budget.
