This new space is a ground-up 9,000 square feet with double volume conditioned Satellite Energy Plant (SEP) with the initial buildout of 500 tons of cooling capacity
and 6,000MBH of heating capacity. The building will be able to add 2,000 tons of future cooling capacity and 12,000 MBH of heating capacity. In addition, 2,000
square feet of flatwork will be required for the adjacent cooling tower yard. Hydronic systems will extend from the new SEP to the new Nursing building and Welcome
Center on campus and integrate into the existing campus loop.
