A 34,000 SF renovation of the 2nd floor of the Science Research Building (SRB) on the UNT campus in Denton, Texas. Renovation included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades and modifications, along with interior finishes and general laboratory equipment, needed to provide the 2nd floor with open concept research laboratories and support space similar to that of the existing 1st floor. The project replaced the existing roof, improved the crawlspace drainage and cross ventilation, and addressed all finish corrections needed at the 2nd floor corridors.
