McGough’s work with Butler Square began in 1980 with the renovation of the nine-story warehouse-type building listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The structure now consists of thirteen floors of retail and office space and is LEED Silver Certified. McGough’s Facility Management provides ongoing services to Butler Square and each year McGough completes an estimated $1-2 million of work ($2.5 million completed in 2017).
