Brad joined McGough in 1998 and is responsible for key company operations including oversight of the regional offices, operating sector teams, marketing, business development, information systems, human resources, accounting and financial planning functions. Through his high school and college years, he worked as a brick tender on many McGough job sites, developing an appreciation for the unique approach the company utilizes in project implementation. He has developed strong partnering relationships through his active role as principal-in-charge with several key McGough clients.
Brad holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Minnesota. He is a former board chair and current board member at the Ordway Performing Arts Center in Saint Paul. He formerly held the position of President and board member for the local chapter of Lambda Alpha International, a land economics organization. He is a former board chair and board member for Tubman, a nonprofit that serves women and children dealing with family violence. Brad is also a current board member of the Greater MSP Economic Development Partnership.
