Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Valuing Diversity, Promoting Belonging

At McGough, we firmly believe that a diverse workforce is a formidable asset. Over the years, we have consistently extended long-term efforts to foster the growth and prosperity of a diverse workforce at our company and in our industry, not just to secure projects in the short term, but for the enduring health of our company, our industry, and the community we serve. It is important to us that every person we hire at McGough feels they are not only included but that they belong.
