McGough is thrilled to announce its partnership with Houston-based developer Global Student Housing (GSH) as the general contractor for the GSH-College Station project. This residential student housing complex, located near the Texas A&M campus, is set to cater to the local community and the country’s largest student body population.
Situated along Harvey Mitchell Parkway, GSH-College Station will cover 164,000 square feet of living space. Slated to be one of the largest residential communities serving Bryan and College Station, the four-story structure will house 199 individual dwellings with versatile configurations ranging from studios to spacious 3-bedroom floor plans.
GSH-College Station will redefine luxury in student housing with thoughtfully designed interiors and amenities including accented fire features, stainless steel appliances, and balconies in select locations. Embracing a resort-like atmosphere, GSH-College Station will also feature common areas that elevate the living experience. Residents will have access to a sophisticated lounge, a yoga studio, a resort-style pool with cabana area, and walking trails.

The project is designed by BKV Group and is set to complete construction in late spring of 2025.
