Substance Church is a multi-use facility providing parishioners a place to call home while serving the city of Spring Lake Park and neighboring communities with a progressive place of worship. The building is a 45,000 SF renovated research facility and houses the non-profit’s offices, large classrooms, children’s play area, café and 100-seat small auditorium. The building systems were kept in service throughout construction. The focal point of the Church is the 1,100-seat sanctuary which is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, stadium seating, large stage and accompanying green room spaces to support the Church’s theatrical services. The sanctuary opens into a large, furnished gathering space and lobby.
