McGough’s relationship with Memorial Blood Centers (MBC) started with Strategic Facilities Planning to map out their needs and develop a master facilities plan. Part of that included finding the right facility.
Working with the right partner in McGough, Memorial Blood Centers found a vacant former laboratory property which they purchased to replace their existing headquarters.
The remodel of the 55,000 SF central facility included a new blood testing lab, blood processing lab, corporate offices, donor site and central storage. Services include blood products, accredited reference lab services, infectious disease testing, and IVF/Reproductive Medicine services
