McGough is pleased to announce the promotion of Jessi Wagner to Vice President & Deputy General Counsel. Since joining McGough six years ago, Jessi has been a driving force in strengthening our legal and risk management functions, ensuring our teams are equipped to navigate the complexities of our growing business. Under her leadership, these teams have expanded significantly, including key attorney hires in our Dallas office and additional planned growth this year.
Jessi’s deep expertise in legal, risk, insurance, and compliance has been instrumental in supporting McGough’s continued evolution. She has played a key role in structuring and negotiating contracts for some of our most complex projects, ensuring our legal frameworks remain strong, scalable, and aligned with our long-term vision.
Beyond her legal acumen, Jessi is a dedicated leader within McGough, actively contributing to the Safety Committee and the McGough Women’s Initiative, demonstrating her commitment to fostering a culture of safety and inclusion. She is also passionate about education, sharing her expertise as an adjunct professor of Construction Law at Minnesota State University – Mankato for the past three years.
