Roman Buckner has been promoted to Vice President – South Central Region, and Ryan Murgo has been named General Manager – Dallas. Since joining McGough in 2018, Buckner has been a driving force behind the company’s expansion in Texas, playing a key role in securing and delivering McGough Dallas’s first projects. His leadership helped establish the office’s strong foundation, setting the stage for its continued growth and success. As Vice President, he will oversee strategic initiatives and further strengthen McGough’s position in the South Central market. His industry expertise, deep relationships, and proven ability to drive growth will be instrumental in shaping the company’s future in the region.
Murgo, who also joined McGough in 2018, has been a critical part of the Dallas office’s success. Under his leadership, the team has delivered outstanding projects, built strong partnerships, and helped fuel the office’s impressive growth. As General Manager – Dallas, he will continue to lead operations and drive new opportunities in the market.
