Bries has been promoted to General Manager – Central Minnesota, overseeing operations in St. Cloud, Rochester, and the Twin Cities markets. Since joining McGough almost nine years ago, Bries has played an integral role in fostering strong client relationships and driving strong operational outcomes, particularly in the corporate and manufacturing sectors. In this new role, he will continue to advance McGough’s presence across these key geographic markets, ensuring continued success and strategic expansion across Minnesota and Western Wisconsin
Durand has been promoted to General Manager – Duluth, leading operations in Duluth and the broader northern Minnesota area. With eight years at McGough, Durand’s leadership has been invaluable on notable municipal and higher education projects, strengthening the company’s footprint in the region. His appointment reinforces McGough’s commitment to maintaining a consistent leadership structure, ensuring teams are well-positioned to deliver high-quality projects and exceptional client service.
