This project encompassed an extensive renovation to approximately 30,000 square feet of the existing facility, and a three-level, 10,000- square-foot addition. Included in the project was a complete renovation and addition to the Kitchen area, Men's and Women's Locker Rooms, Main Entrance, Casual Dining, Bar and Loading Dock. Elevators (2) were added to serve both the existing space and the new construction. The existing office space remained occupied throughout the construction process. The entire existing roof was replaced, and much of it was restructured and re-framed. There were many unknown structural conditions in the existing facility that were discovered only after select demolition. These items were addressed and resolved, within the time constraints of the construction schedule and without negatively impacting the overall construction budget. New mechanical and electrical systems were added to augment the porting of these systems that remained in use.
