McKesson Corporation : Phoenix, AZ

McGough Companies Southwest, Inc. completed a 93,000-square-foot call center project for McKesson located at the Galleria Corporate Centre. The $5.6 million facility was completed in 5 months and became home for over 600 McKesson employees. On the concourse level, the project includes a 77,200-square-foot call center and an approximately 1,800-square-foot Data Room that includes a raised floor, supplemental HVAC (n+1), back up power (UPS and a 2mw generator), and three stages of fire-suppression systems (air-sampling, pre-action and FM-200). The balance, approximately 14,000 square feet on the first floor, is executive office space. This critical project owes its success to the great teamwork exhibited by McGough, Trammell Crow Company (McKesson's CM), JEMB Realty (Galleria landlord), DMJM Design/ESD Engineers (architects and engineers), and the City of Scottsdale. All parties worked closely together to ensure a smooth transition, allowing McKesson to move from three other locations to their new home at the Galleria.
