Auditorium and office addition and renovation of existing building, including upgrading of classrooms into office space. The project included mechanical and electrical system upgrades; exterior entrance facade upgrades; exterior building lighting; sanctuary renovations (stone radius beam, bronze hand railings, wall faux finishing, extensive ceiling-painting gold-leaf renovation, and new general and theatrical lighting); code upgrade to attic space (new catwalk access system).
