Twin City Glass : St. Paul, MN
The Twin City Glass project involved construction of a new 33,000-square foot warehouse/office building. The building shell was constructed with precast wall panels, structural steel columns and steel joists. The interior consists of three main components: a 27,000-square foot manufacturing/warehouse area, a 3,000-square foot storage mezzanine, and a 3,000-square foot office area.
