The two-tiered project consists of the following: Seventh Floor Red Building: 51,000-square foot renovation to accommodate 48 new critical care and 15 intermediate care beds in multiple phases. The work includes significant building infrastructure upgrades. Fifth Floor Red Building: 5,000-square foot renovation to accommodate 15 new out-patient short-stay beds.
