American Express: Technology Resource Center West : Phoenix, AZ

This project included replanning of 100-acre site for implementation of final building on the Beardsley campus. This building consists of a 226,000-square foot office and data center, including a 10,000-square-foot command center and a 45,000-square-foot computer lab, on a 10-acre portion of the site. 1,000 parking spaces. Connections from the adjacent building included chilled water, power, phone, data and security systems. New parking lots were also constructed. TRCW is the fifth of five buildings on American Express’ Beardsley Campus. Located in Northwest Phoenix, the project houses approximately 1,600 American Express employees. The facility is four stories, three above grade and one below. The lower level houses the computer lab.
