St. Batholomew Catholic Community : Wayzata, MN

The St. Bartholomew project consisted of two phases. The first phase, an 8,000-square foot, two-story building addition with 32,400 square feet of new and renovated space, included partial demolition, expansion and reconstruction of the church sanctuary, narthex, lower level offices and meeting rooms. The structural system is a combination of structural steel, precast concrete plank and architectural precast concrete wall panels. The second phase, a total of 6,500 square feet of new and renovated space, consisted of remodeling throughout the adjacent school and a 1,500-square-foot vertical expansion that includes an extension of the existing elevator.
