ING Customer Service Center : Minot, ND

Master planning of a 60-acre site and construction of a single-story, 91,000-square-foot office building/service center for ING; a worldwide provider of group life, accident and health reinsurance programs. The project includes open office space for 400 workers, a fitness center, dining area, data center, emergency and UPS power systems, conference and training facilities, remote building automation control and day care center. This building is the first on a large master-planned campus that includes wetlands, prairie restoration and more than 600 parking spaces.
