McGough Warehouse Exterior

Facility Management Overview

McGough Facility Management currently manages nearly five million square feet of space, including office, data center, manufacturing, medical, retail, government, corporate headquarters, multi-tenant and non-profit facilities. MFM's personnel know the importance of managing our clients' most valuable assets. We also know that operating building systems efficiently saves money for our clients while boosting their employees' productivity. It's our job to preserve and enhance these valuable real estate assets throughout their lifecycles. MFM provides peace of mind for our customers: they know that their buildings are being well taken care of so that they can focus on their core business operations.

MFM also encourages practices that reduce existing buildings' use of energy, water and natural resources; improve the indoor environment; and uncover operating inefficiencies. MFM personnel analyze the physical and economic feasibility of securing the necessary credits to secure LEED-EB:O&M (LEED for Existing Buildings: Operation and Maintenance) certification. This analysis includes determining the building's energy usage, which is a component of Energy Star. The products of this analysis are the estimated cost of building improvements needed to achieve certification and the estimated payback period to recover their costs.
