Tom McGough Jr.

Tom is President of McGough and is responsible for company operations. He has been involved in all levels of construction management with emphasis on developing and maintaining client relationships. Tom works directly with owners and design teams to formulate project goals and develop project strategy. He monitors project performance to ensure compliance with the owner's expectations and McGough's quality standards.

Bart Zibrowski
Executive Vice President, Development and Finance

Bart has more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry and has been providing financial services for real estate development clients for more than 15 years. He specializes in real estate transaction structuring and financing in addition to tax planning and analysis for closely held entities. As an Executive Vice President of McGough, Bart is responsible for managing the firm's financial operations and McGough Development by analyzing appropriate financing alternatives for its projects. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota.

Greg Munson
Vice President and Director of Project Management

Greg manages McGough's real estate development activities, including land acquisition, master planning, financing and leasing or other disposition. He holds a juris doctorate degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and a bachelor's degree from Gustavus Adolphus College. Greg has an extensive background in complex real estate matters, including land use law, municipal law and related environmental issues developed while practicing as a private-sector land use and real estate attorney. His recent development experience includes Argenta Hills, Andersen Corporation Extrusion Plant and Providence.

Mark Fabel
Lead Project Manager

Mark is responsible for city planning and public works approvals, as well as negotiating public assistance packages, such as Tax Increment Financing and State Grant Funds. He leads master-planning coordination for each site. Mark's recent experience involves Bloomington Central Station, a mixed-use development on the Twin Cities' Hiawatha Light-Rail Line. Mark's educational background includes a bachelor of science degree from the University of Wisconsin (Madison), a master of arts in urban planning and a master of business administration, both from the University of Iowa.

Bake Baker
Executive Vice President of Preconstruction and Design Services, LEED Accredited Professional

With more than 25 years of experience participating in or managing teams for complex projects, Bake utilizes his intimate understanding of the architect's, engineer's and contractor's processes to facilitate team communications and progress. A graduate of the University of Minnesota and holding a master of architecture with honors from the University of Colorado, Bake assists the design team with a special focus on providing insight and information to make the design process as thoughtful, effective and efficient as possible. He assists in concept verification and is responsible for ensuring that constructability, scheduling and budgeting input is provided to the design team in a useful, timely and proactive fashion.

Ken Potts
Director of Sustainability, LEED Accredited Professional

Ken has 20 years experience in the construction and design industry and has a specialized expertise in “green” buildings and sustainable design and construction practices. With an undergraduate degree from Carleton College and a master of architecture from the University of Minnesota, Ken advises design and construction teams regarding economically feasible building practices.
